Role of MCS

To proactively make specific market inroads for Products & Solutions, create or identify Projects and strategic regional Partners for our Principals world wide in markets of South East Asia & The Middle East.

We offer Advice, Sales & System Development. We configure customized solutions; for prospective local customers, we create local alliances, distribution/dealership or Teaming arrangements with established & well connected Local partners. We promote & market products/ solutions from our Principals, if required also participate in Project implementation. We Support subsequent after Sales & Services for the customers in the region for our Principals & Local Partners to create Win-Win results & Synergy for all concerned.

We interface with Principals who are specialist Solution providers to customers through our specialist Local partner to integrate, supply, execute & support the customized solutions of our Principals. Our Local Partners cater to the local customerís specific requirements which are either created or converted to our Principals solutions.       

Our Objectives

  • Gain efficiencies & increase market presence for our Principals in Sales & Marketing for the region.

  • Actively seek and create local distribution/sales opportunities.

  • Issue progress report activity to our Principals on Action Items.

  • Act as eyes and ears on competition and market issues.

  • Offer other services, which assist in overall profit increase.

  • Promote Principals image through current contacts.

  • Offer Training on managed products/solution & services to distributors, dealers & project partners.

  • Work on pricing, promotion, and promotional issues for distributor & dealer relationships.

We partner with Principals/Integrators, and provide them with the above listed services, without creating overhead and costs associated in supporting a Regional Sales and Marketing Division.

What MCS does for Local Partners.

Introduce and offer high quality products and solutions to help them expand their business and become leaders in their countries for the markets served.      Create efficiencies by handling multiple issues resolved through one contact.
